The Salt Experience: Day 2
Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.
Did you know that our bodies are 70% water? So when we become dehydrated, (which is actually really easy to do) we are putting a strain on our system to remain in balance. This strain increases stress, reduces our immunity, and can quickly spiral into health problems that we never planned to have!
Research shows that staying hydrated keeps your memory sharp, your mood stable and your motivation intact. You can also think through a problem more easily. (who doesn’t want that?)
Staying hydrated can seem like a no brainer “duh I know this” factor; however, it’s very easy for evening to arrive and for one to realize not one glass of water has been consumed…and what do you do??? (besides suck the faucet dry when brushing your teeth before bed?”) You guzzle a giant glass of water and then run to the toilet all night right?
Or even worse, nothing at all?
The answer to this debacle is to avoid dehydration altogether by:
1. Establishing a daily hydration routine
2. Incorporate Sole into your daily hydration routine
When you ingest sole, your body is going to be less likely to eliminate those fluids quickly as the salinity of the sole is so similar to the human body, they stay right where they need to stay, fully nourishing and supporting every cell, rather than being flushed down the toilet. Sole is a natural electrolyte drink!!!
The best way to incorporate a daily hydration routine implementing sole is to prepare it in advance, and have a nice glass waiting for you by your bathroom sink each morning.
